service was very poor. the lady receptionist was not at all kind, humble and cooperative. accomodation was not up to the mark and booking procedure was very confusing , there is no professionalism and proper management of the hotel. would highly abstain everyone from visiting the hotel. food was also average. staff was infact very rude towards us and didn't cooperate at all.

I have been visiting this hotel for the last 2 years every month . And This hotel is really affordable and the quality of food is so beautiful and the staff are also so friendly and polite. This is the best hotel near KIIT Campus.

We recently celebrated a family engagement ceremony that turned out to be wonderful. Some of our out-of-town guests were impressed by the excellent room service and delicious food. The event was skillfully managed by Mr. Biswajit Ray and Mr. Rakesh Biswas, who put in dedicated efforts for decor, hosting, and meals. Despite being a vegetarian event, the food was incredibly tasty and received praise from all attendees. I also personally enjoyed the tasty non-vegetarian items which i tried during lunch and dinner. I highly recommend considering this place for stays, events, or meals.

staff - polite and good, Manager is a fine gentleman with ever helping attitude, undoubtedly a good and kind human being. Stay in this hotel gives me a homely feeling.
